My legs swell up and I got an Easy Rest to help with that. The rep was great and I loved her. She explained a lot of stuff to me and I decided I needed one. It's gonna be the last bed I buy in my lifetime. The delivery person was pretty good too and I liked him. It was quick and easy. The bed was expensive but you gotta pay to get what you need. Also, I had a problem because they were supposed to be taking the payments out of my account and they hadn't been doing it so I got charged late fees. I wasn't happy about that. The bill that I had to pay was like $392 so it kicked my butt there for a second. I made the full amount. Easy Rest will be taking the payment out starting next month and they should be able to do it. They did it through my account.
All in all, my experience has been great and the swelling has gone down quite a bit. My old bed was nice and comfortable but this one I have now is pretty comfortable too and it has a pillow top. I move it around and I use the massager. The bed is pretty good but it could be a little softer. That's all right though. I'll live. Customer service was great, except when I couldn't get through to them.

The old boy came to my house and started showing me everything there was to know about the Easy Rest bed and we spent three hours talking about it. I was telling him my bed was hurting my back and I talked myself into making the sacrifice of paying out a lot of money for my health. The bed resolved the issue though every once in a while, I’ll lie down wrong. The delivery team was in and out. I had everything ready and all they had to do was stick the bed in there and set it up.
I like this bed because it vibrates and I have diabetes so a lot of times, I have to elevate my feet. I can raise my feet up and down with this bed. My health was going to crap, with diabetes, heart, blood pressure problems, and bad neuropathy in my legs. Plus, I had three surgeries. This bed saved my life. Everything's great and Easy Rest is fantastic. The bed is worth it in the long run. I got a good deal on it and got it for 4,000 but with my payment plan, it’s gonna be 6,000. So, I'm not too happy about that. I'll probably pay it off for the rest of my life being that I'm almost 70.

Easy Rest's rep was a very nice and honest gentleman. He had a great way of communicating to us all the features. The techs would schedule the delivery for a day I couldn't be there and I know they only deliver on certain days. So, they ended up putting it toward the end of the day for me and worked with me. They described the operation well, and were in and out in no time, picked up their mess, and were gone. They knew their job very well.
My bed is comfortable. But I miss the adjustability for the firmness that I had with my Sleep Number. I've got a back injury. So, there would be some days that the pressure on my back was more aggravating than others. And I am learning to adjust the Easy Rest better to help alleviate that. But I get to the point where I turn to my side. So, I have to readjust more than one thing. But it's working out okay. I like the head adjustment. I like the legs for circulation
If I get up in the middle of the night, I don't have to grab a flashlight and put a light on in the room that would gonna glare and wake my wife up. The under-bed lighting works nice. I can tell if the dog is laying under my feet. It's very convenient. My wife sleeps better. She doesn't waking up as sore as she was. She goes to bed before I do and would sit and play games on her phone before I come to bed. She likes the adjustability and the massage to be able to do that and relax before she finally goes to sleep.

Easy Rest missed two appointments to do the demonstration. One was justified. The lady had a crisis in her life. The other time the missed schedule, and I recorded the correct appointment time in my day plan, and they never showed up. I decided to bail out and I didn't want anything to do with them. Then they made another effort to get another chance with me. Joseph showed up and he was a good salesman. He did a great job recommending the bed, providing the demonstration, and showing me the video. He redeemed the situation with me.
I was determined not to buy it because I knew it'd be very expensive. The premier model was over 6,100 after finances. I live on Social Security and that's my sole source of income. My attitude was I couldn't afford it but I couldn't afford not to because I couldn't sleep in the other bed so I was sleeping in my La-Z-Boy recliner. I needed to get the pressure and the pain off my lumbar back. Now that I have the Easy Rest, I take advantage of the adjustable features, the elevation of the head and the foot of the bed. I also use the massage function. But I haven't figured out how to keep it going. It goes for 10 minutes and shuts off, and I'd rather have it go for about half an hour. My sleep has improved. It’s a great bed.

I was contacted by Easy Rest’s representative who wanted to come out and give a presentation. I was in a good mood that day, so I said ok to it. He came out and we were quite impressed with what we had to say and especially with his manner. He wasn't the pushy, high-pressure type. My wife and I both had sleeping problems and I decided to order a bed and see if that helps. It seems to be much more comfortable than the conventional ones we've had and the adjustability is handy. My wife particularly likes being able to lift the head to our convenience.
I was quite impressed by the delivery team. They came in and disassembled the one we were using. We had the predecessor to that one in a room back there where my wife puts her stuff that won't fit anywhere else and they took out that older bed back there and flipped the immediate predecessor where it was, and set up the Easy Rest in our bedroom. They seemed to be quite open in the discussions I had with them about the bed and they also gave me a lesson on using the remote control.

Brought this system one up year ago and still making payment, trying to get a response through phone call constantly and no type of message are allowed to be left on the system. The automated System great. You tell you someone will speak to you putting you on hold for 5 to 8 minutes and then/it hangs up, and you repeat the process and no type of respond whatsoever.

The sales lady was good. She was one of the reasons that I bought the bed. The delivery team was great. They came in, took the old bed out, set the new bed up, and they were out within about an hour. The elevation of the legs has been very good for me. I also like the vibration feature.

Easy Rest is good for my back and for sleeping much longer. I chose them for the extra stuff that the bed has like the massage. I recommend giving the seller a raise. The delivery people were very good too. I prefer this bed 95% more than my old bed. I use the feature that raises the bed on the foot and the head. I also like the massage feature. That's my favorite because it makes me feel so much more comfortable and makes me go to sleep faster and longer. Right now, the Easy Rest is helping me with my blood circulation and my blood pressure is definitely going down. On the whole, this Easy Rest is excellent. I'm happy with the bed.

The sales representative was wonderful. He explained everything and then had me get on the bed and test it. He took his time explaining. The Easy Rest bed is just as good as my old bed. But I like this best.

My husband doesn’t use his bed even with the mattress pad we bought, I can’t sleep in mine, I wake up hurting more than I did before I went to bed.. Tried to get different mattress, But the guy got hateful and now they won’t answer phone or return messages.. BAD COMPANY… They don’t mind taking your money though… They don’t care about their customers at all, Only the money… My advice.. DON'T DO IT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE… Easy Rest Adjustable beds bad company.…
