What a fantastic garden design with his artistic flair Jon has created. Jon listened,discussed and suggested how to plan my sloping garden and surrounds He gave me a colourful plan with named plants . Jon organized and supervised all the contractors work erecting concrete steps ,paths and long drive I would recommend Jon ,he is a pleasant, reliable and conscientious worker and I am thrilled with my garden

Jon has been very professional throughout this process of re landscaping my smallish property to the type of garden I wanted. He has listened to what I wanted and always responded phone calls, emails etc, very quickly. There are are few minor things that are in the process of being rectified. The cost was a little over budget, but I’m sure I’ll forget about that when I see the growth and spring blossoms. The whole project, from initial consultation to completion, has taken 3 months. I’d be happy to recommend Jon and his team.

Jon and Wellington Gardens Ltd have been great to work with. The company is professional, responsive and open to ideas. In developing the landscape plan for our property Jon met all our expectations particularly in developing a plan that was sympathetic to the environment and focussed on NZ natives. Should the opportunity arise to use Jon's services again I would have no hesitation in doing so.

We love the design and work on the landscaping at our place that Jon undertook. It looks really good. I can hardly wait to see it in Spring and watch it develop over the next few years. We really appreciate the craft that was applied by Jon's team, especially Scott and Alistair. The attention to detail is evident. I'm in awe of the weather conditions they had to ensure the last few weeks. I think we got the best teams, and they are good guys too. Dealing with Jon was a pleasure, we appreciated his project management, leadership and patience with our project.

We contacted Jon Muller after we had built our house, to heip us design our garden. We had used another landscape designer for the same garden and had a bad experience so we were very cautious. From the very first meeting we had with Jon we felt that he understood what we wanted, he was able to organise everything we wanted such as drainage, sun shade and garden plan. We discussed budgets, timeframes, options and it was very clearly presented to us. We really appreciated that we could email him with any questions along the process and even after the garden was completed if we had the occasional question. We are thrilled with our garden, we planted it February 2014 and each year it continues to grow we love it and are so grateful to Jon for helping us to create the garden we love and enjoy.

Jon Muller brought a lot of knowledge and experience to the job. He put emphasis on listening to us and came up with a design that suits us very well. We are really pleased with our new backyard which looks good as well as being very practical for us. Communication was excellent throughout.

John's designs are always fantastic to create because he puts so much care and attention into the initial planning with his clients. Customers are always delighted with their new outdoor spaces.

We contracted Jon from Wellington Gardens to design a garden for us, and to then implement that design. The design included the following build elements; a long wooden retaining wall (1.2m down and up), gates, a raised pebble stone area, a large deck (with railings), a sloped concrete path to the house, lights, and clearing & planting. Jon brought a practical approach to the design and build and was a pretty good judge of what was important to us (even if he underestimated my passion for right angles). He was very keen to avoid unnecessary cost for us. In the implementation of the build Jon brought a fantastic team of sub-contractors. Their professionalism and high standards were exceptional! I assume that we paid more overall than we might have if we had contracted and managed the work ourselves. However the quality of interaction and workmanship would almost certainly not have been as high. And it would have been considerably more stress. Through the build Jon was always available, whether at our very regular onsite catch ups, or at the end of a phone. At all times it felt like he was giving the build his full attention - even though we were aware that he had other jobs on the go. So in summary, we were very happy with our engagement with Jon and Wellington Gardens, and would not hesitate to use them again.
